Another covid case on Central Coast
Another Central Coast resident has been diagnosed with COVID-19., which has triggered a large contracting tracing effort. Residents in the north of the Central Coast are asked to check if they have been at the venues below at the dates and times listed and, if so, immediately have a Covid test and then isolate until the results are known.

THE person is one of two newly identified household contacts of the four previously announced Central Coast cases.
The other newly identified household contact has tested negative for COVID-19 to date. The household, including the five confirmed cases and the two other people in the household, who have tested negative to date, have been moved to the Special Health Accommodation in Sydney to isolate. Health staff will be undertaking daily wellness checks.
Exposure sites on the Coast
A number of Central Coast locations have been identified as COVID-19 exposure sites associated with the latest confirmed case.
Close contact location
Anyone who attended the following venues at the times listed is a close contact and must get tested and isolate for 14 days, regardless of the result, and call 1800 943 553 unless they have already been contacted by NSW Health:
H&R Block Toukley, 1 /266 Main Rd Toukley: Friday 23 July 1:40pm – 2:15pm
Casual contact locations
Anyone who attended the following venues at the times listed is a casual contact who must immediately get tested and isolate until a negative result is received.
If your date of exposure at this venue occurred in the past four days, you must get another test on day five from the date of exposure. Wear a mask around others and limit your movements until you get another negative result.
You should continue to monitor for symptoms and if any symptoms occur, get tested again:
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, no matter how mild, get tested immediately and self-isolate until you receive a negative result. Symptoms of COVID-19 include a fever, cough, sore/scratchy throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, and loss of taste or smell.
Local COVID-19 testing clinics include:
◦ Wyong Hospital – open 9am to 5pm, seven days per week.
◦ Gosford Hospital – open 9am to 5pm, seven days per week.
◦ Doyalson Wyee RSL Club Drive-through Clinic – open 7.30-4.30pm Monday to Friday and 8-3pm weekends.
◦ Kanwal Laverty Pathology Drive-through Clinic – open 7.30-6.30pm Monday to Friday and 7.30-3pm weekends.
◦ Tuggerah Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology Drive-through clinic –open 7.30-4.30pm Monday to Friday and 8-3pm weekends.
