ANZAC Day service times

and road closures

Anzac Day is a national day of remembrance for Australia and New Zealand. It commemorates the first major military action of Australian and New Zealand forces during World War I, specifically the landing at Gallipoli in Turkey.

ANZAC Day is a day to remember and honour the service and sacrifice of all Australians and New Zealanders who have served in wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations.

23 April 2025

ON 25 April 2025, a number of ANZAC Day dawn services and marches are scheduled to take place across the Central Coast to honour and remember the service and sacrifice of Australian and New Zealand servicemen and women.

To ensure these events are carried out safely, road closures will be in place at various locations and times throughout the day. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, follow all detour signage and respect road closures to help keep our community safe.
